Cancellation Policy
I charge a 30% cancellation fee of your original service for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. Cancellation fee will be waived if you reschedule your appointment within the next week. Your appointment will be considered a no show after 15 mins with no notice. I understand that emergencies occur, and I ask that you notify me as soon as possible. Unless you pay with cash, the card will not be charged until after a service has been completed. I am a new business owner and learning as I go! So I will do my best to accommodate everyone! To protect my business, I do have to enforce these rules now so that way I don’t hurt my business later.
